Used, in very nice cosmetic condition with minimal signs of use. We have fully tested this system and found all 4 units to be in excellent working condition. We did find that the included 4 bay USB charger had one slot that didn't seem to work.
Unfortunately we did not receive the instruction manual but we were able to find instructional videos on the internet. There is quite a few spare/replacement pieces included in this kit so please refer closely to all the photos to see exactly what you will receive.
