Appears in good shape we only have the means to perform limited testing to power up only. When powered the display shows Ver. 1.5190 we think this means it has a Passport firmware. Should be easily restored back by reflashing the newest firmware through Fpro which is part of the KPG-49D programing software which is NOT included. This will need to be performed before programing. Programing software nor programing service is NOT available from us. You will need to program for your application.
