This unit does not include test leads/probes. Included manual has a rip at the top, but is otherwise complete. Case has some white marks, likely paint. Unit itself has scuffing, marks, and engraving from previous use and stickers.
We've tested it on our workbench to read the amps from a device connected via 120VAC and it appears to be fully functional.
