The unit does power up when connected and the various buttons respond when pressed. We are unable to determine if the stirrer or heater functions, as we lack experience with this unit's controls.
There is a bit of wear and marks from previous use.
Due to the above mentioned issues during testing, we are offering the unit AS-IS with no returns.
