This is a used nerve stimulator with minor scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage. We unfortunately do not have any cables or equipment to fully test this unit. We did however test the unit to power up with a 9 volt battery that we are including. The unit powered up and didn't pop any errors and the digital display was nice and crisp. From our overall inspection we are very confident this is a good working unit. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
