This voltmeter is in great cosmetic condition given it's age. It does have some scuffs/scratches from normal use and storage plus all the knobs turn really well without any issues. We have tested this unit to power up only as we do not have the means or knowledge to properly test. We are confident given the overall condition that this is a good working unit.
We used our test cable to power this voltmeter (not included). We do not have any leads, probes, manuals or other accessories to include with this unit. This voltmeter will need to be calibrated before use. Due to our inability to fully test this unit we are selling it as-is for parts or repair.
