This is a used RCL meter that is in good condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage (shown in photos). We have tested this unit to power up only as we do not have the means or knowledge to fully test this item. We are however very confident that this is a good working unit. We do believe that this unit will need to be calibrated.
We do not have any manuals or leads to go with this unit. We will include a power cord. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
