Used, in great cosmetic condition with very minor signs of actual use. We have tested this unit and found it to be in excellent working condition. The zero dial works smoothly with no issues. We did notice that one of the plastic screw covers is missing and has a piece of heat shrink tubing on it (shown in photos).
