Used, in good cosmetic condition with some scuffs/scratches from normal use and storage. We installed a 9 Volt battery (not included) for testing. We only tested the unit to power up as we do not have the means or knowledge to properly test. We are confident that this unit is in great working condition.
The unit powered up great and the digital display was clear and crisp. Unfortunately we do not have any manuals or accessories for this unit.
