Used, in good condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage. We have tested this pipe threader and found it to be in good working condition. There is a set of dies in the machine (we are unsure of the size or amount of use they have had) that will need to be replaced.
Other than the metal case that comes with the threader there is not any manuals or accessories that come with this unit. The previous owners drilled and tapped a few small holes in the handle. They do not affect the functionality of this unit in any way.
