Usage Instructions
- Sample Preparation: Extract solid sample materials by an appropriate method.
- Testing:
- For liquid samples: Dip the test strip into the sample and compare the color change to the provided color scale after the specified reaction time.
- For moist surfaces: Press the reaction zone of the test strip onto the moist surface for 1-10 seconds, then compare the color change after 1 minute.
- Interference Handling: If necessary, eliminate interfering nitrite ions by adding amidosulfuric acid solution to the sample.
- Result Interpretation: Read off the corresponding result in mg/L NO3- or NO3-N. If the color is more intense than the darkest color on the scale, dilute the sample and repeat the measurement.
