Used, in excellent condition with very little signs of use. Only 2 of the spikes have been used, the gloves are brand new and the cables are in like new condition. This system was fully functional when put into storage.
We have not tested this unit ourselves as we do not have the means or knowledge. However given the condition of all this equipment we are extremely confident that this system is in perfect working condition. We did power the main unit up with 4 C Cell batteries (not included).
We do not have an instruction manual or any accessories other than what is shown in the photos.
