Hach Water Quality Test Kits, Colorimeters and Analyzers

Hach Company was founded in 1947 in Ames, Iowa, by chemist and inventor Clifford Hach and Kathryn Hach. In 1999 Hach became a wholly owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, and in 2023 Hach became part of Veralto, a company spun off from Danaher. Its global headquarters is in Loveland, Colorado.

Hach makes water quality analysis equipment for lab, field and in-process use in municipal and industrial facilities: spectrophotometers, colorimeters, turbidimeters, electrochemistry instruments, online analyzers, lab test kits, and the reagents and standards those methods use. Test kits and colorimetric instruments consume reagents with every test, so older kits and instruments stay useful as long as fresh reagents and replacement parts are on hand.
