The item is used, clean and in good physical condition. On the aluminum panel mount plate there are some scratches and scuffs.  

Featured here are two NewMar isolation diode assemblies mounted on a nice vented aluminium panelmount. Not only does this provide additional heat dissipation capabilities, but it is also a lightweight solution.
