New, in the original manufacturer's packaging. The box was opened by the previous owner for inspection before it was placed in storage. We have fully inspected this item and determined that it has never been used or installed.

Unfortunately we did not receive the instruction manual with this item. We will be upgrading the padding in the original packaging and putting both the monitor and the packaging into one of our boxes for safer shipping.
