This pressure regulator is new with the original box. The packing material was removed by the previous owner so there is a few scuffs/scratches from being stored loosely in a box with no pad. We will be putting this unit and the original box into another box for safer shipping.
Unfortunately we did not receiv any manuals or instructions with this pressure regulator. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the USA.
