Used, in good condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage. Unfortunately we did not receive the power cord or any other cables/accessories for this welder so we do not have the means to power or test this welder in any way. We are however very confident that this welder is in great working condition and will function as intended with the proper power cord and cables.
There is an operator's manual included in this listing. We received this equipment from a reputable source that we have received numerous pieces of equipment from over the years and can attest to the fact that they take very good care of their equipment.
