This is a new arrester in original packaging from Hubbell Power Systems. The factory box is a little beat up from storage and shipping. We have opened the original packaging for inspection and photos only. Unfortunately we did not receive the mounting hardware for this arrester.
We will be putting the arrester and factory box into another box for shipping. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
