We performed a visual inspection inside and out and visually it is in good condition. We powered but only could move in one direction only and sometimes reverse. The speed control works and adjusts correctly. Later in retesting we could not get the forward nor reverse controls to works at all. It might be in the switches or something else. This would make a good parts unit or you just might be able to repair.
