Dresser-Rand

Dresser-Rand Reciprocating Compressor Parts, Compressors and Steam Turbines

Dresser-Rand was formed in 1986 as an equally owned joint venture between Dresser Industries and Ingersoll Rand, and was headquartered in Houston, Texas. Siemens agreed to buy Dresser-Rand Group in September 2014 and completed the deal on June 30, 2015.

Dresser-Rand built turbo and reciprocating compressors, steam turbines and industrial and aero-derivative gas turbines, and designed, made and serviced equipment used to produce oil and natural gas. Reciprocating compressors wear through valves, valve plates, piston rings and packing over their service life, and replacement parts are matched by the Dresser-Rand part number in the compressor's parts book.
