The Model 3200 Shop Stand Adapter is a companion unit to WECO or Watthour Engineering's Model 3010 Portable Automated Test Kit. As it appears to have been misplaced or lost in storage, we do not have the 3010 test kit. We do not know the history of this item.
The 3200 powered on, but we don't have the means to test it further. There are minor marks and rubbings from use, but he appears in good condition overall. The gooseneck has some damage/wear on the box side, as shown in the photo.
Because it is missing the 3010 kit and has not been tested beyond power-up, we are selling AS-IS.
There is no shipping charge to the 48 contiguous states in the USA.
