Aptec Radiation Measurement Instruments

Radiation measurement is done with a chain of instruments: a detector, the bias supply and preamplifier that serve it, an amplifier that shapes the pulses, and an analyzer that counts them. Each piece has to suit the detector it serves, so the output range, polarity and connectors of a replacement are matched to the unit it replaces.

Labs often keep older spectroscopy setups running for years, so a replacement is matched by the model number printed on the original.
