The Johnson Controls® Universal Valve Module (UVM) is designed to control Venturi Valves through Metasys®. This versatile and interchangeable valve module can accept any 0 - 10 VDC signal and convert it to cubic feet per minute (cfm), making it compatible with almost all third-party controllers on the market.
Using a communication channel between UVMs, you can connect multiple valves of the same type, such as in fume hoods. This reduces the need for multiple analog inputs (AIs) to just one AI with multiple fume hoods.
