Shipping is an important part of the purchase process, and something we take seriously. We ship out purchases Monday to Friday, with the exception of USPS Postal Holidays, and most orders can be shipped out same day when placed before 12:00pm MST/MDT. For items requiring special arrangements or freight, the shipping time can be longer. Please contact us for more details.
Domestic Shipping
For shipments within United States, we commonly use the United States Post Office First Class / Priority services, as well as FedEx Home/Ground/Express.
After adding an item to the shopping cart, you can easily use the Estimate Shipping & Tax button to see what options and cost are available to you.
For liability reasons, we do not ship on customer accounts. However, with prior approval you can arrange a pickup or 'call' tag (please see here for more information).
Generally, items that are too large to be shipped via standard shipping options or above 150lbs require Freight Shipment which is done differently from standard orders (please see here for more information).

Pickup / Call Tags
If you would like to arrange for a pickup or 'call' tag for an order, please contact us before going through the checkout process. We require full and completed paperwork to be submitted before we will release a purchase to the shipping company, and a separate packing and materials fee will be assessed separately from the cost of the order.
Freight Shipments
Larger items generally require special arrangements and packing for shipment. For items being shipped within the United States, the weight limit is 150lbs. For items going International, this is generally 135lbs or sometimes less depending on limits set by the destination country. Some other types of items such as complex or delicate equipment may also require freight shipping. Please read the description of the product for more information, as any special requirements will be explained.
During the checkout process, a separate fee will be assessed for the materials, padding, packing, etc necessary to prepare and secure the item for safe shipping.
When freight shipment is required, the buyer is responsible for making the necessary arrangements through their own shipping company or through a site such as FreightQuote. We will provide you via e-mail with an estimated weight and dimensions which can be used to get an initial freight quote. Once the item has been completely prepared and is ready for pickup, you will receive the final weight and dimensions that you can provide to the shipping company.
