NIM BIN Module - Canberra 8224 AMX Analog Multiplexer
Condition:
Visually inspected and in good shape, though both lock-down chassis screws are missing. It was working when last stored as a spare unit. We have not tested it beyond powering it on, as we were not the original users.

- Used for signal routing in nuclear instrumentation setups.
- Functions as an analog signal mixer and router with multiple input channels.
- Compatible with Genie 2000 spectroscopy software by Canberra.
- Can be installed in NIM bin crate systems.
- Can connect via PC parallel port or through AIM's Instrument Control Bus (ICB).
- Limited support in Genie 2000: One 8224 per board with Independent Start/Stop control.
- Configuration requires selecting the appropriate driver based on connection type: Parallel port or ICB with a Remote Parallel Interface.
