Used, with a clean exterior and no noticeable damage, and appears in excellent condition on visual inspection. It was working when it went into storage. Function testing has not been performed since. Front panel markings legible: TENNELEC, TC 244 AMPLIFIER. Rear panel marked MADE IN USA. A worn marking sits on the upper left of the front panel beside the Tennelec name.

Product Overview
Made for the Nuclear Instrumentation Module (NIM) bin, the Tennelec TC 244 spectroscopy amplifier takes the tail pulse from a detector preamplifier, shapes it and sets the gain so a multichannel analyzer sees clean, well-separated peaks. The front panel carries the shaping and pileup controls; the rear panel carries the signal inputs, the unipolar, bipolar and pileup outputs, the ADC handshake lines and a preamp power connector.

Yes. It plugs into a standard NIM bin through the rear power connector. The panel is wider than a single-width module, so it takes more than one bin slot.
