Product Overview
Coll-O-Crimp is Weatherhead's permanent crimp hose fitting system: the stem goes into the hose, and the ferrule is crimped down over it with Coll-O-Crimp tooling. The 47016E-D76 is a 470 series end for 1 inch ID four-spiral hose of the R13 class, finished in a 1 inch SAE Code 62 flange head on a 90 degree bent tube. The completed assembly bolts straight to a Code 62 port with a split flange kit and turns away from it at a right angle.
Key Features
- Coll-O-Crimp permanent crimp style, 470 series
- For 1 inch ID four-spiral hose, R13 class

Applications

- Making the right-angle turn at the port where a straight hose end would need a tight bend
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the flange Code 61 or Code 62?
Code 62, 1 inch nominal size. It takes a 1 inch Code 62 split flange kit and will not seat in Code 61 clamp halves.
Do I need special tooling to install it?
Yes. Coll-O-Crimp fittings are crimped onto the hose with a crimper and the die set for the hose and fitting size.
Is the split flange kit included?
Not included.
What hose does it fit?
1 inch ID four-spiral hydraulic hose of the R13 class, matched to the 470 series ferrule. Flat-rate shipping in the lower 48, and orders over the free-shipping line ship free.
Most fittings are chosen by thread. This one is chosen by the hose it will bite into and the Code 62 port it will bolt to, so check both, then build the assembly.
