Product Overview

Eaton's 69016 joins a 1 inch SAE Code 62 four-bolt flange port to a male JIC 37 degree flare connection through a 90 degree bend. It lets a standard 1 inch female JIC swivel hose end come off a pump or valve at a right angle, with the flange end held to the port by a Code 62 split flange kit.

Key Features

  • 90 degree elbow body
  • Flange end: SAE Code 62 flange head, 1 inch (-16)
  • Threaded end: male JIC 37 degree flare, 1-5/16-12 thread for 1 inch tube
  • Carbon steel, zinc plated with yellow dichromate
  • Red protective caps on both ends

Applications

  • Connecting a 1 inch female JIC swivel hose assembly to a Code 62 pump or valve port
  • Turning a pressure line 90 degrees at the port where space is tight
  • Replacing a damaged 69016 on an existing hydraulic power unit or machine

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the split flange halves and bolts included?

Not included. A 1 inch Code 62 split flange kit and O-ring hold the adapter to the port.

Will it fit a 1 inch Code 61 port?

No. A 1 inch Code 62 flange head is 1-7/8 inch across, against 1-3/4 inch for Code 61, and a Code 62 port spaces its bolts 2-1/4 inch across the long side of the pattern instead of 2-1/16 inch.

What mates with the threaded end?

A 1 inch female JIC 37 degree swivel hose end or tube nut, 1-5/16-12 thread. Flat-rate shipping in the lower 48, and orders over the free-shipping line ship free.

The bag says New Zealand, the flange says Code 62 and the thread says JIC, and the elbow gets them all to agree at a right angle. Check the port code and it is ready for the line.
