Eaton's 64512 carries a 3/4 inch SAE Code 62 flange port into a male JIC 37 degree flare connection through a 45 degree bend. The shallower angle eases a hose away from the port without the sharp turn of a 90, which helps when the hose has to clear a nearby housing or run alongside the pump.

Are the split flange halves and bolts included?
Not included. A 3/4 inch Code 62 split flange kit and O-ring hold the adapter to the port.
Will it fit a 3/4 inch Code 61 port?
No. A 3/4 inch Code 62 flange head is 1-5/8 inch across, against 1-1/2 inch for Code 61, and a Code 62 port spaces its bolts 2 inch across the long side of the pattern instead of 1-7/8 inch.
Why choose a 45 instead of a 90?
A 45 degree elbow starts the hose away from the port at a gentler angle, so the hose takes less of its own bend near the fitting. Flat-rate shipping in the lower 48, and orders over the free-shipping line ship free.
