Eaton's 69020 turns a 1-1/4 inch SAE Code 62 four-bolt flange port into a male JIC 37 degree flare connection, with a 90 degree bend between the two. Weatherhead built this pattern so a standard female JIC swivel hose end can come straight off a pump or valve flange instead of needing a flanged hose fitting.

Does it come with the flange halves and bolts?
Not included. The adapter is held to the port by a separate Code 62 split flange kit and sealed with an O-ring.
Will it fit a Code 61 port?
No. A 1-1/4 inch Code 62 flange head is 2-1/8 inch across, against 2 inch for Code 61, and a Code 62 port spaces its bolts 2-5/8 inch across the long side of the pattern instead of 2-5/16 inch. Measure the port before ordering.
What hose end mates with the threaded side?
A 1-1/4 inch female JIC 37 degree swivel, which uses the same 1-5/8-12 thread and flare seat. Flat-rate shipping in the lower 48, and orders over the free-shipping line ship free.
A flange port and a JIC hose end speak different dialects, and this elbow translates in 90 degrees. Measure the port, check the code, and the hose can come straight off the pump.
